Loretta is a highly motivated and professional agent to sell and buy your property. She will walk you through the process step by step and explain everything. She has become more than just our agent; she is our friend. We couldn't have gotten through the process without her. A company is only as good as their employees, Haring couldn't do better than Loretta.

My 3rd time working with Loretta for a purchase and sale, she made it a great transition again! Wouldn’t work with anyone else!

Loretta has helped me both purchase and sell homes. During the process, she has been a rock. Very experienced, very knowledgeable, and reliable. She doesn't mind answering questions, and worked with us through the entire process. The buyers REALTOR also commented about how nice it was to work with her as she was very professional all the way through the process.

Loretta Wade was and is the most phenomenal REALTOR I've worked with. She is punctual, kind, knowledgeable, empathetic, and made sure we found the home that matched us as a person. We felt as though she really knew who we were and that we weren't just a number. She made sure the home we purchased would be memorable and the right fit. Doesn't hurt that she is also incredibly humorous!

Loretta has always provided a personal touch when we've needed a real estate agent. In fact we feel like she is more family than a friendly real estate agent. When we recently sold and moved from the area, tears of caring were flowing.

Loretta quickly made it clear on our first meeting she was someone we could trust when in an area we were unfamiliar with and house integrity was not something she tried to hide from us just to get a sale. We have used Loretta 3 times because we trust her that much and feel as if she is more like a family member than an associate. We will miss her as we have moved out of state.

I first met Loretta in 2015 when my sister referred her. I had a showing set up with a different agent who canceled on me last minute. I contacted Loretta and she got me in the next morning. I made the offer and purchased my property. She has sold two properties for me and helped me purchase two others since then (5 transactions total) She is so easy to work with and is so knowledgeable. She doesn’t waste time and becomes in tune with what my needs and wants were. Highly recommend her!

Loretta was very professional in every way. Loretta was very supportive of me when things were not going well. One potential buyer ended up hospitalized with Covid in the middle of the negotiating phase.

I met Loretta at a listing of hers. At the time my husband and I did not have a realtor and were in shock at the rapid rise of housing prices. I vocalized my displeasure with the house she showed us. No matter how negative I was she never lost her joyful disposition and found good things to point out. I felt she represented her client very well considering the house needed torn down and rebuilt. In such an aggressive market my husband and I need a realtor with courage. We hired Loretta soon after we met her and we weren't wrong. She was always on top of getting us the appointments we needed. She gave good advice and if we need an expert she knew someone to refer us to. We bought a house in the neighborhood we wanted at the price we need and it is large enough for us and our five children to live comfortably. In the current market that is a miracle. Loretta is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about the buying and selling process. She communicated with my husband and I each step of the way. She was there to answer our questions and address our concerns at literally any time of the day. Loretta gave us tips and pointers on what to do during the selling process. She also gave us tips and information when it came to the buying process as well. If you're looking for a realtor that has your back and will do anything that they need to do to make sure that get the house you're wanting and sell your current home...Loretta is your person!
